Dentists & Referring Providers

Information For Referring Doctors

We provide ceramic implant placement and restoration for patients who are referred to us for this specific service.

We are also available to perform the necessary extraction, bone grafting, or soft tissue grafting to prepare a site for successful placement and restoration with a ceramic implant. If any aspect of your patient’s care will be better provided for by a specialist, they will be referred to our partner specialists.

If you need assistance in restoration of an existing ceramic implant or have questions about the restorative workflow we can help. We can also perform these services for your patient. If you are confident in the restorative process but do not want to perform the surgical placement, we can do that for you.

Type, brand, and site specifics of each ceramic implant case will be discussed prior to any phase of this treatment. We want to help you ensure the best tooth replacement for your patients.

If you would like to refer a patient for any of these services, please call our office and ask for a referral form and return it, via email, or download one from our site and fill it out. We would love to discuss case specifics with you to make sure we serve patients well and meet your expectations.

Mentoring

Mentoring services and programs are tailored to you or your group’s specific needs. They are offered tailored to your desires and consist of the following options:

Single or multiple unit (up to full arch/full mouth restorations) case planning, implant selection, guidance, and supervision through case completion. This can be in person, your office or ours, or online via zoom, email, and telephone conferencing.

We can also help you make the complete transition to ceramic implant systems and eliminate the use of titanium in almost all cases. We can also help you implement and know when to use ceramics and when you may still benefit from using titanium in your practice.

We prefer to develop a relationship with you and your practice so that you can maximize your learning and benefit to both you and your patients. Please let us know how we can help you implement ceramic implants as an option in your practice.

Implant placement in your practice

We are happy to come to your practice and place ceramic implants in your patients. This can be an attractive option for patients hesitant or unable to travel, maintain the continuity of care in your office, and provide more services in house for your patients.

This can be done as a single service at our fees, at fees you set with direct payment for surgery, equipment set-up and travel, or as part of a mentoring program. Either way, observation of the surgery is welcome, and all parties will benefit from the successful placement and restoration of a ceramic implant in your own practice.
